About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Development Expert to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our Solutions Development team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bridging the gap between business and technology to ensure our services meet stringent requirements
  • Establishing efficient processes and frameworks for delivering top-notch solutions
  • Planning and executing solution development frameworks with a focus on proactive problem-solving and innovation
  • Serving as the primary liaison between project teams, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
  • Developing, delivering, and supporting training plans, materials, and resources for team members
  • Fostering a dynamic and collaborative team environment
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in complex environments
  • ~3+ years' experience delivering large and complex projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
  • Experience with diverse project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and service development concepts
  • Strong business analysis, planning abilities, and strategic vision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
