Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Imaging Clinic Manager to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a private Medical Imaging Clinic with a team of over 10 full-time and part-time staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of diagnostic services such as Ultrasound, mammography, OBSP, BMD, and X-Ray.
- Lead a team of medical professionals, including Medical Radiation Technologists and Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- Manage the clinic's budget and resources to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse managers, vendors, and external partners to build strong relationships and ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Licensing as an MRT or sonographer with the CMRITO and registration with CAMRT and/or OAMRS.
- 3 years of experience in ultrasound/X-ray clinic management or leadership.
- Recent management or leadership experience in a clinic setting or demonstration of progressive leadership.
- Experience with MS Word, booking, and client registration.
- Competence with Velox System (PACS, RIS, and Billing solutions for Diagnostic Imaging).
- Tactful, diplomatic, and empathetic communication skills.
