About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at 2339366 ONTARIO INC. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials, equipment, and tools.
  • Concrete Work: Help mix, pour, and spread concrete and asphalt, and assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Framing and Finishing: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, and help level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
