Job Title: Construction Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Worker to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Operating heavy equipment, such as cranes and forklifts
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Paving and raking asphalt
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment:

As a Construction Worker, you will be working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
