Cycle North Powersports is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in the automotive or powersports industry is a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing invoices for accuracy, processing payments, and maintaining vendor relationships. They will also assist with inventory management, including entering new units into our Lightspeed POS system. Additionally, they will provide support with payroll, rebates, and F&I administration. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be proficient in accounting software, including ADP, CDK, and Lightspeed, and have experience with Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office. The role requires a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and excellent data entry skills. The successful candidate will work a regular schedule, Tuesday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. The company offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $20.00 to $27.50, and a comprehensive benefits package, including dental care, extended health care, store discount, and vision care. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in accounts payable and be proficient in accounting software. The role is a full-time, permanent position, and the company is committed to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment.
