Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented culture. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be working in a kitchen and food service setting, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the quality of our food and service.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and supervise staff
