About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve the issue.
  • Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
