As a Lead Commissioning Engineer within our organization, you will play a crucial role in empowering our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, contributing to global environmental sustainability, and fostering a greener future for all.

Key Responsibilities

Why Your Role is Essential:

In this capacity, you will engage in activities related to project construction and contract management, which include:

  • Developing and coordinating system testing protocols.
  • Organizing training sessions for users.
  • Administering functional performance evaluations.
  • Conducting field observations and assessments.
  • Participating in progress meetings.
  • Assisting with document management and control.
Qualifications

Attributes of Our Most Successful Lead Commissioning Engineer:

  • A Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, architectural engineering, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building systems across various disciplines, including fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, technology, instrumentation and controls, and lighting systems.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and specifications, along with the ability to interpret them effectively.
  • Extensive understanding of commissioning processes and their delivery.
  • A Professional Engineering license (PE) in one or more states or a minimum of 10 years of experience in a commissioning-related field.
  • Commissioning certification from a nationally recognized professional organization.
  • A valid driver's license and state-required vehicle insurance.
