We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Alimentation Inov inc. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support in our retail environment.
Qualifications- Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
The position is based in a retail/wholesale establishment or distribution center, where you will engage with customers directly.
Key Responsibilities- Provide detailed explanations of services offered and their associated costs.
- Issue receipts and manage various forms of documentation.
- Process payments efficiently.
- Assist in selling merchandise to customers.
- Respond to client inquiries and deliver accurate information.
A background in secondary school education is preferred but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements- Ability to handle heavy loads.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
Must be able to manage weights of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
