Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Hôtel/Motel Restaurant Coronet. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and handle any room changes or cancellations.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest inquiries, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest concerns, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process guest departures, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
