We are seeking a skilled and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Hôtel/Motel Restaurant Coronet. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure a seamless check-in process.
- Reservation Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with guests.
- Information Provision: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, enhancing their overall experience.
- Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring efficient operations.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues alike.
