Timreed is a leading provider of digital solutions for the financial services industry. We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team and support our Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) application.

**Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Application Support Specialist to provide first-line support for our GRC application. The successful candidate will have a strong background in application support, with experience working in a financial services or enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, and have excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for the GRC application, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Work closely with the development team to resolve complex issues and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the application and its components
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and support
  • Document and maintain knowledge base articles and procedures

**Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in application support
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/SQL Server and scripting experience using Python/PowerShell
  • Knowledge of C# and.NET
  • Experience working in a Windows environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
