Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources—material, human, and financial—to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Act as the representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or appoint delegates as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Develop and oversee schedules, goals, and objectives to align with company strategy.
  • Supervise overall company operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and monitor financial control systems to maintain fiscal responsibility.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for accounting and financial oversight.
  • Formulate and implement operational policies.
  • Plan budgets while monitoring revenues and expenditures.
  • Organize and manage the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee staff to ensure a competent workforce.
Technical Skills

Experience with fabric preparation machinery, particularly in embroidery, is essential.
