About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at EGLINTON-BAYVIEW AND JOINTS IN MOTION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to our physiotherapy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
    • Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
    • Perform various administrative tasks as required
  • Clinical Support
    • Assist physiotherapists with treatment programs and patient care
    • Set up and maintain equipment and supplies
    • Prepare and maintain cleanliness of treatment areas
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with patients, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals
    • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
