Job Title: Physiotherapy Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Attendant to join our team at EGLINTON-BAYVIEW AND JOINTS IN MOTION INC.

Job Summary:

The Physiotherapy Attendant will provide support to our physical therapists in the delivery of high-quality patient care. This includes assisting with treatment programs, setting up and dismantling equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physical therapists with treatment programs and patient care
  • Set up and dismantle equipment as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and instrumentation
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress
  • Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Willing to relocate
  • Relocation costs not covered by employer
  • Chronic or long-term care facilities/centres
Work Environment:

The Physiotherapy Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
