We are thrilled to present an opportunity to become a part of the Kiehl's family as a Kiehl's Skin Pro. This role is crucial for meeting individual sales targets set by the management team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and nurturing customer relationships that encourage repeat patronage. Additionally, you will maintain product presentation and uphold the brand's image while ensuring the store remains organized and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail and/or cosmetics is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Analytical mindset
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Physical requirements include the ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, navigate stairs and/or ladders as needed, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; a second language is a plus
