Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Manage inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
