- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, provide exceptional customer service, and achieve sales targets.
- Store Operations: Establish and maintain efficient store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Permanent position
- English language required
- 30 to 35 hours per week
