Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Lead for Indigenous Cultural Safety to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our Indigenous Health team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing policies that promote Indigenous cultural safety and anti-racism in our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that support Indigenous cultural safety and anti-racism in our organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze health systems issues and develop policy recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and education to staff on Indigenous cultural safety and anti-racism principles and practices.
  • Support the accreditation process by facilitating the development and revision of standards for accreditation as needed.
  • Identify and analyze emerging health system issues and needs, as well as policy requirements and trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. public policy, administration) supplemented with a minimum three (3) years recent experience in project management and policy development/implementation.
