Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Smuggler's Cove Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Customer Service: Resolve complaints and claims, provide general information about points of interest in the area, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
