- Formulating annual risk-oriented internal audit strategies
- Supervising a variety of intricate audit initiatives
- Tracking performance indicators and financial plans
- Leading a diverse group of internal and external audit professionals
- Collaborating with essential stakeholders to guarantee program effectiveness
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to remain abreast of audit best practices
Qualifications for Success:
Education and Experience:
- CPA certification
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Over 8 years of experience in audit program execution
- At least 4 years of experience in team leadership
- Thorough knowledge of internal audit protocols
- Strong business insight and familiarity with health systems
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization techniques

Salary Band: 7
Location: GTA, Ontario (currently hybrid)
