Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with district managers and business development teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail, including operations, customer service, and people management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively influence team members and drive results
- A competitive salary range of $46,410 - $65,076
