- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
The successful candidate will work in a **cleaning service company** that operates in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
- Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
- Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
