Position Overview

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
  • Authorize merchandise returns as necessary.
  • Create and manage work schedules for the team.
  • Engage in direct sales of merchandise.
  • Compile reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Maintain organized inventory systems.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
