About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Director to join our team at KEEN Creative. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of complex strategic projects and campaigns aligned to client objectives and agency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of complex strategic projects and campaigns, managing the project plan and ensuring timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional client service.
- Mentor and develop the account team through collaboration and training opportunities, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and agency strategies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Participate in business development efforts, including developing client proposals and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Provide administrative and project management support to our marketing, creative, and web teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Coordinate project timelines and resources based on scope and team capacity, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Manage and track brand and marketing assets and inventory, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in client services or account management within a marketing agency or in account management.
- Proven track record of managing complex client accounts and campaigns, with a strong understanding of marketing channels and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
