We are seeking a Marketing Technology Solutions Architect to spearhead comprehensive solutions across various Marketing functions, with a strong focus on personalization at scale and Commerce discovery. This position entails providing guidance to technology teams and business units regarding technology selections, product development, integration efforts, vendor management, and overall delivery. The role demands innovative thinking to create scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

  • Lead the architecture and implementation of holistic technology solutions within the Marketing technology sector, prioritizing personalization at scale and Commerce discovery.
  • Accountable for delivering scalable, dependable, and secure system integration solutions.
  • Streamline the technology application landscape to achieve efficiency improvements in cost, revenue, and resources while ensuring the delivery of significant business value to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of conceptual solution and component-level architectures.
  • Ensure that systems are designed to meet anticipated performance standards, incorporate robust observability, and maintain a balance between emergent design principles.
  • Support data architecture requirements to facilitate data integration across various platforms.
  • Act as a liaison and collaborate closely with enterprise architects, business architects, product owners, technical analysts, developers, and other key stakeholders to foster effective communication and teamwork.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently without direct supervision.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Over 2 years of experience in designing and implementing integrated marketing solutions with an emphasis on personalization, utilizing SaaS platforms.
  • Proficient in data and application integration methodologies, including Domain-Driven design, APIs, messaging, streaming, and both synchronous and asynchronous communication.
  • 2+ years of experience leading architectural initiatives such as design, roadmaps, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Continuously explore current and emerging technologies and recommend enhancements as necessary.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
