Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with project managers to ensure project success.
  • Conduct thorough research, perform site evaluations, and interpret basic data.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for environmental site evaluations - Phase I.
  • Oversee all phases of straightforward environmental assessment projects - Phase II and the rehabilitation of contaminated locations.
  • Supervise field operations and manage subcontractors efficiently.
  • Engage in fieldwork by overseeing soil and groundwater assessment interventions and site rehabilitation tasks.
  • Manage trench explorations, environmental drilling, observation well installations, and sampling of soil and groundwater.
  • Perform tests for groundwater, biogas, surveying, and permeability.
  • Conduct site visits to guarantee quality execution of tasks.
  • Implement and uphold health and safety protocols on-site.
  • Compile site and technical reports with precision.
  • Contribute to the formulation of technical service offerings and financial proposals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, geological engineering, civil engineering, or related environmental fields.
  • 0-2 years of pertinent experience.
  • Exceptional proficiency in French is required.
  • Possession of a valid ASP Construction Card is mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Self-sufficient, methodical, responsible, resourceful, and punctual.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasionally outside the region.
