Position Overview

Amray Land Surveying Ltd. is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our dedicated team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities in the field of land surveying, focusing on both urban and rural environments.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work primarily outdoors, engaging in projects across various locations, including urban and rural settings.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement survey plans, methodologies, and procedures for conducting legal surveys.
  • Oversee the work of other land surveyors and field crews.
  • Plan, direct, and execute surveys to establish legal property boundaries.
  • Document all measurements and relevant information gathered during survey operations.
  • Conduct surveys and layout subdivisions for both rural and urban development projects.
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years and less than 5 years of relevant experience.
  • This is a permanent position.
  • Working language: English.
  • Expected working hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
