Amray Land Surveying Ltd. is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our dedicated team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities in the field of land surveying, focusing on both urban and rural environments.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
The successful candidate will work primarily outdoors, engaging in projects across various locations, including urban and rural settings.
Responsibilities- Design and implement survey plans, methodologies, and procedures for conducting legal surveys.
- Oversee the work of other land surveyors and field crews.
- Plan, direct, and execute surveys to establish legal property boundaries.
- Document all measurements and relevant information gathered during survey operations.
- Conduct surveys and layout subdivisions for both rural and urban development projects.
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
- A minimum of 3 years and less than 5 years of relevant experience.
- This is a permanent position.
- Working language: English.
- Expected working hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
