We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team in Brockville, ON. As a Senior Wellness Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing exercise programs that promote mobility, pain relief, and overall well-being for our senior clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver exercise programs that cater to the diverse needs of our senior clients
  • Monitor and report on client progress, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement programs that promote falls prevention, injury reduction, and overall quality of life
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on safe exercise practices and injury prevention
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in senior wellness and exercise programming

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Kinesiology or a related field
  • First Aid (CPR & AED) Certification
  • Experience working with seniors and group programming is an asset
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Mandatory requirement: full vaccination against COVID-19
