The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing effective methods to achieve work schedules.
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Training team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Ensuring that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Possessing in-depth knowledge of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
This role involves overseeing a team of:
- 3-4 staff members, including food and beverage servers and food preparers.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Smart Serve certification
- Safe Food Handling certificate
Expertise in Portuguese cuisine is highly valued.
TransportationPublic transportation options are readily available for commuting.
Physical RequirementsThe role demands:
