About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Alliance Trade & Commerce. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare and post journal entries to record financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
