Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Non-Conformity Quality Technician Support to join our team at Scalian. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for supporting the Non-Conformity Cell Team and ensuring the quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Characterize defects on purchased parts and write relevant reports to limit production disturbances
- Secure the production line by identifying and blocking non-conform parts
- Organize re-feeding to the line with new conform parts within the takt-time of the line
- Manage first-level containment and coordinate with suppliers
- Create Non-Conformity reports in ERP and SQP
- Notify NCr to suppliers via Supplier Quality Portal tool
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Rigorous and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster productive working relationships
- Fluent French speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Good English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic computer skills (Excel, etc.)
