Position: Underground Utilities Project Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project timelines and budgets: Ensure that all operations are executed within the designated financial and time constraints.
- Leadership and mentorship: Provide guidance and training to General Foremen, Foremen, and field personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
- Safety compliance: Collaborate with Safety Advisors to uphold the highest safety standards on-site.
- Project organization: Strategically plan construction activities to create an efficient workflow.
- Monitor project progress: Ensure that all milestones are met according to the established construction schedule.
- Enhance productivity: Lead initiatives to maximize efficiency and output on-site.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within construction.
- 3-5 years of experience specifically in Underground Utilities construction.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Experience as an Equipment Operator or similar field roles is advantageous.
- Certification in Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS-09), WHMIS 2015, Ground Disturbance Level II, and Leadership for Safety Excellence is required.
- Proficient in software applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel) and other proprietary systems.
- Travel may be necessary: A valid driver's license is essential.
- Driver's abstract: Must be obtained within 30 days prior to employment commencement.
- Reliable transportation: A dependable means of getting to job sites is required.
- Proficient English language skills are mandatory.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
