Junior Project Coordinator

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting Project Managers and Senior Technical Leads in the execution of various projects within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of periodic inspections and major refurbishment projects.
- Support project administration tasks, including organizing and documenting meetings.
- Collect and analyze data for regular project updates.
- Maintain project performance metrics and logs of lessons learned.
- Contribute to minor document revisions and familiarize yourself with administrative systems.
- Engage in self-study of quality procedures relevant to engineering and project administration.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Applied Math, Applied Physics, or Nuclear Engineering) or Business/Finance.
- An understanding of Quality Assurance Programs and their importance in the energy sector is considered an asset.
