We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team at Lina Ronco. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residences.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
- Housekeeping Tasks: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Laundry and Organization: Launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
- Support Services: Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
As a Housekeeping Aide, you will work in a private residence, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the residence, and will have access to public transportation.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
