Représentant Commercial Interne - Guillevin International

Description du Poste :

Le Représentant Commercial Interne est chargé de la vente de produits, du traitement des commandes clients, de la fourniture d'informations tarifaires et techniques, ainsi que de la recherche de solutions aux problèmes des clients de manière efficace.

Responsabilités Principales :

  • Répondre aux appels de manière rapide et professionnelle, écouter attentivement les clients, comprendre et satisfaire leurs besoins
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients dans des délais appropriés
  • Négocier des prix et conditions spéciaux avec les clients et fournisseurs selon les critères établis par le Responsable
  • Résoudre les problèmes de service à la clientèle de manière efficace et faire un suivi pour vérifier que les engagements sont respectés
  • Suggérer des produits associés ou alternatifs selon les besoins
  • Promouvoir les produits phares pour générer des ventes supplémentaires
  • Informer la personne appropriée des retours clients concernant les prix, les produits, le service, etc.
  • Maintenir ses connaissances techniques à jour sur les différentes gammes de produits et élargir ses connaissances systèmes

Exigences :

  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie préférée ou une combinaison de formation professionnelle pertinente et d'expérience
  • Compétences en communication en anglais (écrit et oral) solides
  • Compétences interpersonnelles démontrées
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
  • Connaissance et expérience pertinentes du marché DataComm sont un atout
  • Connaissance des produits et services vendus dans notre marché
  • Doit être axé sur le service à la clientèle
  • Bonne connaissance de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
