The Motel Operations Supervisor at Bear Country Inn Ltd. plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our lodging establishment. This position involves overseeing daily operations and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.
This role is set within a dynamic hotel, motel, and resort environment, where teamwork and guest satisfaction are paramount.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and perform the same duties as the team members.
- Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their stay.
- Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the work of staff members.
- Recruit, train, and mentor employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Ensure the operational efficiency of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary to maintain service quality.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- A collaborative team player.
A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
