Job Title: Partner Marketing Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Marketing Director to join our revenue organization. This role will be instrumental in taking our marketing and lead generation activities to the next level, focusing on the enterprise-level market segment. The successful candidate will develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned to the organization's strategy, business objectives, and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy for the enterprise-level market segment
  • Lead a small team focused on supporting strategic ABM and partner marketing efforts
  • Formulate and execute quarterly marketing plans and campaigns to grow revenue within the Strategic segment
  • Work closely with the Strategic Accounts sales team on ABM strategy and execution
  • Support the Drivewyze Partner Account Management team in executing on funnel filling marketing campaigns
  • Create significant quarterly long-life lead generating campaigns
  • Mobilize a growth and data-driven mindset and utilize analytics and reporting to set direction and measure progress
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing leadership role with a successful track record of high growth in a lead-generation (B2B) business
  • Previous experience managing enterprise lead generation and marketing campaigns
  • Previous partner marketing experience
  • Account Base Marketing (ABM) experience
  • Expertise in working with executive level partner and customer representatives
  • Strong writing and communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-function teams
