Job Description:
BeBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to process payroll for our Pharmaceutical Industry clients in a timely and accurate manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining payroll records, and reconciling payroll accounts.

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Processing payroll for multiple clients with precision and efficiency
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records
  • Reconciling payroll accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Providing timely responses to employee and manager inquiries
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll reports and year-end tax forms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
