Workplace Giving & Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Resource Development team as a Workplace Giving & Data Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with workplace accounts, analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth, and providing CRM support to the Resource Development team and Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and engagement from workplace accounts
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide CRM support, including data entry, pledge processing, and donor acknowledgments
  • Collaborate with campaign colleagues to establish priorities and areas of opportunity for philanthropic growth
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of workplace and corporate accounts

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field and/or relevant experience
  • Experience in the voluntary/not-for-profit sector
  • Background in fundraising is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of CRM software
  • Use of a vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Clear criminal records check
