About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive brand engagement, traffic, and loyalty in collaboration with our brand partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to optimize ROI
  • Provide strategic and tactical advice to brand partners to help them succeed at Sephora
  • Develop and present brand program proposals to generate excitement and secure commitment
  • Lead all aspects of the execution of brand plans with excellence, ensuring all brand activation needs are met
  • Analyze and report on the return on investment (ROI) for collaborative marketing efforts, using data to offer recommendations that drive success for both Sephora and its brand partners
Requirements
  • Proven experience in partnership and omni-channel marketing
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • A highly collaborative mindset, naturally fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment where solutions and alignment are prioritized
  • A data-driven approach that supports strategic decision-making
  • Strong presentation skills, confidently communicating, influencing and inspiring partners at all levels
  • Organized, demonstrating a knack for portfolio management by prioritizing tasks against timelines while maintaining high quality and expectations
  • A passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • An agile, proactive attitude, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in the face of ambiguity
  • Technically savvy with systems and platforms, proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet
  • A genuine passion for the beauty and retail industry
