Retail Store Supervisor

Pioneer Gas Station is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions, resulting in increased sales and revenue.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted, and that products are properly stored and displayed.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Retail business with on-site customer service.
- Supervision: 3-4 people, including retail salespersons and sales clerks.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
