Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at DOSA CLUB INDIAN KITCHEN & BAR. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
