Ware Malcomb is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Director of Architectural Services. This role is integral to our senior management team, focusing on driving design excellence, fostering growth, and enhancing client relationships within the architectural sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial management, business development, and operational strategies of the Architectural Services division.
- Ensure all client and consultant agreements are properly established and maintained.
- Review and approve project budget reports prior to contract finalization.
- Oversee organizational structures and continuously assess staffing needs in collaboration with the operations manager.
- Manage the overall operations of the Architectural Services division, working closely with the Operations Manager.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and enhance team morale.
- Monitor monthly revenue forecasts and provide timely updates.
- Compile monthly business reports and engage in regular management meetings.
- Drive business development initiatives and nurture client relationships to expand market presence.
- Participate in networking events and establish regular meetings with industry contacts.
- Utilize the company’s CRM system to track business development efforts.
- Assess team workload and participate in scheduling discussions.
- Proactively address any project liability concerns.
- Maintain regular communication with the team through scheduled meetings.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and recruit top talent.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the architecture field.
- Proven experience in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
- Extensive experience in managing a variety of projects.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required.
