We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Western Financial Group. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and up-selling Commercial Insurance products to clients, while maintaining a strong focus on customer relationships and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and up-sell Commercial Insurance products to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term sustainable growth
- Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications
- Meet and exceed sales and retention targets
- Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met
- Liaise between clients and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties
- General Insurance Level 1 License required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in the face of adversity
- Excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers
- Ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email
