About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy in Victoria, BC. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the pharmacy, ensuring a high level of professionalism through consistent and thorough patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate staff to provide exceptional patient care
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best patient care
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate and implement new/existing policy and procedures
  • Perform performance assessments and provide constructive feedback
  • Responsible for the training and orientation of new employees
  • Manage P&L statements and attain target metrics

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing with College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Pharmacy Manager is preferred
  • OAT certification
  • Licensed to Administer Medications by Injection is a must
