We are currently seeking an SAP Security Analyst, a specialized expert responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of SAP systems within an organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring and maintaining SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
  • Participating in both Business and IT-driven projects.
  • Strategizing, architecting, designing, building, testing, and implementing SAP Security functions based on a comprehensive understanding of all phases of the systems life cycle.
  • Defining and capturing SAP security requirements for various projects.
  • Designing and developing SAP application security roles.
  • Creating SAP security solutions as needed to fulfill business requirements.
  • Coordinating all SAP security testing activities.
  • Establishing and promoting SAP security development standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Reviewing SAP security roles to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Managing SAP security for all non-production SAP environments.
  • Providing support for technical security role issues and user administration.
  • Cataloging all security risks associated with role development, including those arising from proposed solutions and project activities.
  • Maintaining, implementing, and communicating SAP security policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in SAP Security Development.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with a robust technical background.
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP Security, emphasizing security compliance.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Security acquired through multiple implementations.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls related to SAP implementations, including experience in outsourced environments.
  • Experience in delivering SOX compliance projects.
  • Familiarity with Internal Controls, preferably COBIT.
  • Experience with SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Access Risk Mitigation Software and Identity Management concepts.
  • Experience in configuring and/or supporting the implementation of basis and/or security controls within an SAP environment.
