Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst - SAP Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting SAP projects and driving business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for SAP projects, including business requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, including process maps and procedure guides.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including workflow automation and system enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new business processes and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP implementation and business process improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a business analyst/system analyst.
  • Experience supporting SAP projects as a BA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within the Utilities industry would be an asset.
  • Experience in large transformational projects, program management, and OCM would be an asset.
  • Experience in the following technologies is an asset:
    • SAP S/4HANA
    • Azure DevOps
    • HPQC (HP Quality Center)
