We are seeking a highly skilled Registration Manager to join our team at Direct Travel. As a Registration Manager, you will be responsible for managing the registration process for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for attendees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage registration databases to maintain data integrity
  • Produce and maintain reports and manifests as needed
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure data alignment with program needs
  • Partner with clients to provide personalized registration materials
  • Manage on-site attendee experience
  • Interact directly with attendees on program-related inquiries
  • Act as main contact for hotel room requirements and manage hotel room block
  • Create timelines for registration tasks
  • Ensure quality, synchronicity, and on-time delivery of all program deliverables
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management/customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Zoom, and other collaboration tools
  • Proficient in database management tools
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset
