Security Supervisor

Cornerstone Security & Transport is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
- 1-2 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing security teams and implementing effective security protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to stand for extended periods.
